We also have a sister location serving the Greater Baton Rouge area. Our company is fully Licensed through the Louisiana Department of Health, and we carry all of the required insurances so you can ensure you are working with a fully accredited Home Care organization.

Our Services
We provide a wide variety of services to our senior clients to assist the with activities of daily living such as: Bathing, Grooming, Meal Preparation, Medication Reminders, Fall Prevention, Transportation, Light Housekeeping and Companionship. If you are looking for short or long-term home care services, additional support in an Assisted Living facility or as much as 24-hour round the clock care, you have found the right place! Our dedicated care team of care professionals can assist families with Senior Dementia Care, Mobility Issues, Companionship and a wide variety of other needs to allow your loved one to thrive in their senior years.
New Client Assessment Process
Our experienced Metairie-based Care Management team will come out and meet with all of our clients and/or families prior to starting care. This initial visit with the clients and family allows us to learn the specific needs and goals for home care services so we know the specific requirements of care that will be documented in our co-authored care plan. This is also our opportunity to learn about our client's personality so we can ensure a great care professional match.
Supporting Families Out Of State
Many of our clients reside out of state but require In-Home Care services for a senior loved one in the New Orleans area. We understand the complications and challenges that may be present when trying to coordinate comprehensive care from a distance. Our new client onboarding process can accommodate out-of-state assessment participation via phone or video conferencing. Our step-by-step process encourages family participation regardless of geographical location or time zone, allowing families to stay involved while supporting their loved one's daily or weekly care needs. We understand the challenges that families face when supporting senior care needs from a distance. Our office team of local Care Managers is committed to ensuring our families are always well-informed on the well-being and progress of our clients.
