To ensure the highest quality of care, our hiring process includes meticulous due diligence. All caregivers undergo drug testing, criminal background screening, and National Sex Offender screening, as well as thorough in-person interviews. We also provide comprehensive training that covers Alzheimer’s, dementia, mobility, medication management, and activities of daily living.
